Welcome to Second Grade at Bigfork Elementary School!

This year we are using a new math curriculum called Bridges.  The students really enjoy the hands-on aspect of the work places and the daily number corner activities.  Above are some pictures of the 2nd graders doing work places.  Work places are games and other hands-on activities where students apply the concepts they have learned during the math lessons.

2 pkgs. of thin black dry erase Expo markers
1 box Ticonderoga pencils
1 box of crayons
6 glue sticks
3 boxes of tissues
2 spiral notebook
1 pair of scissors
3 pocket folders- red, green, blue
1 set of washable markers
2 boxes of snack crackers
1 pair of headphones (not wireless) labeled with name
1 backpack, labeled with name
Non-marking gym shoes, labeled with name
Additional Items for Art Class: 1 set of watercolor paints
